We compile a list of around 300 people working at your competitors who are perfect for the job. These are passive candidates, top of their field.
Touch Points
We put a system in place that includes 7-10 touch points with individuals who are perfect for the job. We attempt to ascertain whether they may be open to a new opportunity.
Initial Assessment
Once we confirm they are interested, and that their career goals align with a switch, we sell them on your company and begin our internal interview process. This includes a cultural and technical screen.
Presentation
We will compose a 1-page overview of the candidate, their qualifications, their motives and aspirations. Everything you need to know to move forward.
